R&S is a family firm with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the building industry. Certified as a Safe Contractor, CHAS & NICEIC Domestic Installers with Approved Contractor status coming on-line in early 2018. We have worked directly with United Living for over 5 years. As a Main Building Contractor, they carry out work directly for borough councils, housing associations and also develop their own land. They are one of the leading builders in the UK and growing rapidly. We work on high end, one-off, spec-built houses for several of companies including Herbert Developments. R&S works closely with a number of smaller building companies, including M Woodley & Son Builders, completing home extensions, loft conversions & renovations.
We also take on projects for private clients ranging from alarm installations right through to extensions and conversions.
